NOTICE: The Thayer County Assessor’s Office has completed the assessment rolls of agricultural land, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Pursuant to Neb Rev Stat §77-1315, valuation notices have been sent to all property owners that had either an increase or decrease in valuation for 2026. The Assessor now has the sales data used to determine the 2026 values available for review on the Assessor page of the website.

The Little Blue River bridge on 13th street/Road 6200 south of River Road will be
closed as of 6/18/2026 and until further notice. Unknown at this time how long this
will be closed. It is needing major repairs.

Our service caches video list data directly from YouTube for all visitors and does not access your YouTube account to personalize or change the videos displayed. All YouTube data fetched, stored, and displayed is generic and is the same for all website visitors. Your use of Google and YouTube is subject to the Google Privacy Policy .
